Subprocessors
Third parties we use to help deliver the Service.
Fillr uses the subprocessors below to run the website, Chrome extension backend, accounts, and optional AI features. We update this list as our vendors change.
Note: hosting and operational vendors can vary depending on how Fillr is deployed. This list includes subprocessors used to help deliver the Service.
| Subprocessor | Status | Purpose | Data processed | Location | Website |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| OpenAI, L.L.C. | In use | AI inference for features you explicitly request in the extension | Text prompts and minimal context needed for the requested feature | United States | openai.com |
| Google Cloud (Google LLC) | In use | Cloud infrastructure and related platform services (deployment-dependent) | Service data and operational logs necessary to run the backend and deliver features | United States / EU (depending on configuration) | cloud.google.com |
| Google Developers / Google APIs (Google LLC) | In use | Authentication and API services (for example, Google Sign-In / OAuth) | Basic account information used for authentication (such as name, email, and account identifier) | United States / EU (depending on configuration) | developers.google.com |
| Vercel Inc. | In use | Hosting, edge network, and serverless execution (deployment-dependent) | HTTP requests/responses and operational logs necessary to serve the app | United States (and other regions depending on configuration) | vercel.com |
| Stripe, Inc. | In use | Payments, billing, and fraud prevention (if you offer paid plans) | Billing details and payment-related identifiers (as applicable) | United States | stripe.com |
| Supabase, Inc. | In use | Database, authentication, and file storage (if you use Supabase) | Account identifiers and workspace or account data stored when you sign in | Varies by project region | supabase.com |
Chrome / browser note
Web browsers (like Google Chrome) and the Chrome Web Store are generally considered platforms, not subprocessors acting on behalf of Fillr. If you integrate specific Google services for analytics, authentication, or bot protection, those services may be subprocessors depending on your configuration.
