Terms of Service

Effective April 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of Fillr’s website, Chrome extension, and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent you have authority to bind that organization.

The Service

Fillr helps you organize open browser tabs into workspaces and related Chrome tab groups. Features, limits, and availability may change over time. You are responsible for reviewing how Fillr groups or moves tabs before relying on a particular layout.

Your content

  • Ownership: you retain ownership of content you submit or save through the Service.
  • License to operate: you grant Fillr a limited license to host, process, and display your content solely to provide and improve the Service.
  • Your responsibility: you are responsible for your use of the Service and for ensuring it complies with applicable laws and third-party policies (including site terms for pages you visit).

Acceptable use

  • Do not misuse the Service or interfere with its normal operation.
  • Do not attempt to access accounts, data, or systems you do not have permission to access.
  • Do not use the Service to violate laws, third-party rights, or applicable policies.

AI and automated outputs

Where the Service provides AI-assisted or automated suggestions, you are responsible for reviewing results before acting on them. Workspace labels and tab groupings are aids for your workflow, not guarantees of accuracy or completeness.

Intellectual property

The Service, including software, design, and branding, is owned by Fillr and its licensors and is protected by applicable laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service except as permitted by these Terms.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (for example, hosting, authentication, and AI inference). Your use may be subject to additional terms from those providers. See our Subprocessors page.

Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILLR DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FILLR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or if necessary to protect the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time, including by uninstalling the extension.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above indicates when these Terms were last revised. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
